Summary: I’m usually a strong lover of most all Marriott chains or hotels, but this one needed serious help. The price was too high for the condition of the property. The room had a smell. The shower/tub was rust stained. The plug outlets on walls were so loose no block would stay plugged in. The ones built into the middle nightstand were all broken. We had to use the one plug by the mounted tv. The flip over inside door lock for a little added safety wasn’t there anymore-just holes from where it used to be. I like those bc I have had people accidentally given same room before and walk in or housekeeping knock once and just come in. Multiple times the entire hallway smelled heavily of marijuana. Just not great. My kids wanted to leave within the first hour. The staff were friendly! I went to get towels bc there were only 2 when booked for 4 people. They were kind and helpful. The breakfast I didn’t realize said it was for a fee, not continental. That is on me, but just to note for you! I never once saw it open though? Nice people, busy area, but horrible condition for the price.

Summary: We had several rooms there for family. Some had microwaves others didn’t. some had broken lights and some had better TVs but it was clean and the staff was very nice and helpful. The shower had good water pressure and was hot. Very convenient to stores and restaurants. I would stay there again except for I would make sure that I had a room that had functioning lights, TV and a microwave.

Summary: The was the best stay of the trip. The staff was super friendly and helpful. They went out of their way to help make our stay great. 10/10 would recommend

Summary: Staff was amazing, but property was terrible inside and outside..pool was closed most of the stay and when finally open ice cold..they are in middle of remodeling so half stuff didn't work, drains didn't drain, found rusty nails in pool area, put us all in the wrong rooms, took about 2 hours to finally find a room that we rented 2 months ago..terrible terrible place

Summary: The hotel is under renovation which is a good thing... lparking is free and easy and there is a Mexican restaurant in easy walking distance. Noise at night was unacceptable. apparently there was a wedding party and they were extremely loud both Friday and Saturday night until 1 or 2am. Impossible to sleep through it. Bathroom ceiling had mold/mildew on it. Fitness center floor was dirty, no towels, no working water and for whatever reason the heat was blasting at 85 degrees. I had to turn it down/off and turn on air conditioning every morning.

Summary: Hotel was changing carpet which was extremely noisy and disruptive. Pool was also not available for customers.

Summary: Room was not all the way clean. The couch had dust/dirty and handprints that had not been cleaned. There was dirt on the floor. Refrigerator was dirty inside. The door to the room had pieces of wood hanging off, the door into the bedroom of the suite also had wood hanging off. There was a very big gap under the door to the room. They did not give room keys, an employee had to let you into the room anytime you had to leave and come back. This is the second time I have stayed here and had the king suite be less than clean. Will not be back.
